HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. hotel is 10, 5 stars fall short. location is very good and you are less than 6 minutes away from a metro stop. In case you come by car, there is parking for 8? per night although there is also street parking. neighbourhood is very good and has many services: cafeteria, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. staff is very very attentive. I checked in they showed me the whole lower part with the gym, cafeteria and snack area with coffee, tea, drinks, yoghurts, cereals, fruit and pastries completely free. Once in the room, by the way is a parquet floor and not a typical hotel carpet, I found a welcome note and a small box with sweets
As a point of improvement I would say that the WiFi in the rooms does not have much power. The connection arrives very well but the output to the Internet is slow, but it is a constructive criticism because you can work well, but with a point more speed would go better.

Almost everything was great, I don't want to repeat what other travelers have already written.. concept of the hotel, atmosphere (modern, clean venue, comfortable, green and "fresh"), quiet location (although a little far from the center), spacious rooms, free buffet, attentive staff.. Totally recommendable, I will certainly come back.
While I loved the hotel stay, there are a few details.. . I was there during the taxi driver's strike - it would have been nice to inform the guests about this reality from the hotel (they knew in advance x they didn't inform the people that they were going out) and maybe find a way to help them with transportation (I almost missed my plane, had to run out of the hotel with a heavy suitcase, in the heat of the early summer and with stress looking for the bus stop quite far away). The breakfast buffet could be more varied - compared to the free buffet (green space) it seemed a bit monotonous (but all good) to me.

They don't have servant to carry the luggages. The room was not like what I seen in the site . The reception was not cooperative well . I changed the hotel after hour because it doesn't deserve four stars. I don't recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on a previous trip 2 years ago and were happy to stay there again. It is a good hotel and quite affordable. The people in the shops and square were also helpful and friendly.
The hotel is about 1km, an easy 5 minute walk, from Barrio de la Concepcion Metro station. This is not a problem but needs to be taken into account. The Metro station is on a bit of a branch line. The service is very frequent but it means you will need to change trains at least once and often twice. Again this is not a problem as long as you are aware of it and factor in the travelling time.

breakfast is very good and staff is extraordinarily attentive and friendly. idea of not charging for a beer, sandwich, coffee or simply a juice in the room or in the living room seems great to me.
The location. They would have to advertise very clearly the means of getting to the hotel. Subway line 7 is pretty close. Bus line 21 is in front of the hotel. There's a taxi stand in front of the hotel. The prices of the metro/bus ticket, the prices of the taxi ride from Atocha station to the hotel, etc. are information that the traveller will find very useful in planning his trip. The possibility of leaving the suitcases in the hotel until the last hour of the day so that the traveller can make the most of their stay is also very relevant (this way you can avoid sightseeing by carrying your suitcases or having to go to the station's luggage office).

Competent staff, very good services, and ideal location close to airport station and train station, all public transport into-and-around the city centre and major tourist sites. Great breakfast for freshly prepared hot food, free soft drinks.

The breakfast options impressed me, especially the made-to-order eggs. The complimentary snack area offered great variety. The location felt a bit distant from the main tourist spots. A refreshing experience!

The room was super spacious, which I loved. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel-seriously a game changer! The bathroom with the walk-in shower was great too. And access to the Green Room with all those free snacks and drinks was just awesome. Pretty much everything was clean and cozy. The only thing was the location was a bit far from the city center, and the heat turned off during the night.

The parking garage is a true challenge-tight spaces don't work well for larger vehicles!!! Get it together, please!!!
